Wonderful experience!! Hubby and I got there when they opened to set up for a mini surprise family birthday party. The staff was amazing! The friendly and attentive bar manager (please forgive me, I forgot his name!) came over to introduce himself and made us feel completely at home. Our server for the evening, Jessica, was phenomenal! She was such a ray of sunshine, friendly, attentive, patient, just lovely. The food was perfect, we got a bunch of delicious appetizers and Jessica kept the drinks flowing without having to grab her attention. The music was appropriate, not too loud, and our fellow patrons were considerate of each other as well. And of course, you can’t forget about the beautiful view, which doesn’t need a review or description! A wonderful evening made even better by the wonderful staff. Can’t wait to return!!

The entire staff are super sweet, well spoken and very friendly . Our bartender Trinity was especially sweet I was very impressed by her. The drinks where great the food was good and the staff excellent.

Perched right on the rooftop, the bar offers a stunning view overlooking the Hudson River — it's especially beautiful during sunset. There’s ample seating, including both tables and comfy lounge chairs, so you can really relax and take in the vibe. It never felt overcrowded or cramped, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Now let’s talk about the food — wow! We ordered the buffalo wings, Caesar salad, and pretzel bites, and every dish exceeded expectations. The wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat, the Caesar salad was fresh and well-dressed, and the pretzel bites were soft, warm, and paired with a fig mustard dipping sauce that was honestly out of this world. It added such a unique twist and was one of the highlights of the night. Our server, Caitlin, was another standout. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. She anticipated our needs, made great menu recommendations, and genuinely added to the positive atmosphere. And let’s not forget — she makes an amazing margarita. Perfectly balanced and so refreshing, it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Overall, Zulu Time offers a wonderful mix of chill rooftop vibes, quality service, and flavorful food and drinks. Just a great place to hang with friends very clam an relaxing. Food is great and scenery is wonderful along the Hudson River. Open and ready to go ,stop by and grab a drink and enjoy the Hudson valley.
They are off to a great start! They implemented a new ordering system through your phone with food to be delivered directly your table, and I believe this is a huge improvement! Still need to work the kinks with making drink timing work in this system, but overall it was a vast improvement from the past service experience. The new cocktails in food on the menu are awesome! Spicy margarita was great and Tina poke was delicious. The new servers were great! I’m excited for the rest of summer at Zulu!

Gorgeous hidden gem in the Hudson Valley. Just went to the seasonal openiing night they had tastings, Dj and great food. Had the Reuben sandwich, burgers and cocktails, everything was perfect. Great spot for a night out with an awesome view and ambience. Staff are super friendly and service is great!
We are from Savannah, GA to visit family. We went to the rooftop....Cassidy was on it! We did more of an "a la cart" and got wings, oysters, ribs and fries. EVERYTHING was so good. The blood orange margarita was great too!!! Wanted duck tacos but it wasn't on their menu, which is ok.
